Last evening and tonight I rebuilt the templates that generate the RSS feeds. If you’re being honest, the only reason the old ones worked at all until now is that most parsers approach things with considerable goodwill and don’t immediately go on strike at the slightest problem.
There are still two errors in there, but I can’t fix the first one (or don’t quite know how yet), and the other one will be gone soon.
I hope all the feeds continue to work. By the way, my template can now also generate a feed per tag (of an author). I’ll see how I put that to use in the future. It actually came about because I had to debug the RSS output for the old, republished Solaris entries. 1
If the new feeds don’t work for you, please let me know briefly via the comment function or the email address listed in the imprint.
