I feel obliged to point out that this blog post is roughly 2 years and 5 months old. People change, opinions evolve. In just a few years, vast technological landscapes can shift. And don't get me started on config files. Please consider this text in the context of its time.
As if the last few years didn’t happen? Was at the supermarket this morning. People sneezing, people coughing, nobody wears a mask, even those people who are obviously not at the top of their game. Sneezing without covering the mouth directly into the packaged meat section? That was gross even before the pandemic. Thanks to the spaghetti monster I threw meat out of my diet, so I didn’t need anything from that section. Really creates appetite to see this. I really hoped a few things would carry over, because they were a good idea even without corona. But nada, nothing, zero.
