Wow. This was faster than i thought but not unexpected: Sun Microelectronics Licenses Multithreaded 10 Gigabit Ethernet Technology to Marvell. It was too obvious after the promiment placement of Neptune in the Sun Microelectronics announcement, that Neptune would be licensed at first.
