Das ist nur der Erste in einer langen Reihe von Leuten, die nun gehen werden. Das ist normal für den Verkauf einer Firma - die meisten Leute arbeiten, weil sie müssen, aber sie wählen eine Firma auf der Basis anderer, nicht-finanzieller Kriterien. Ein Change of Management, wie ihn ein Verkauf mit sich bringt, ist da fast immer ein Deal-Breaker, und die Leute, die es sich leisten können wechseln daraufhin zu Hauf die Firma.
Das Positive daran ist, daß man etwa ein Jahr später ein ganz fabulöses Netzwerk einmal quer durch die IT-Firmenlandschaft hat.
Ich bin ja mal gespannt, was das nächste Jahr für mich bringen wird ...
