Is there any information on how the HA is done on these machines? I've seen documentation which suggests an Active/Active configuration but zfs is not a clustered file system?
The active/active clustering is done by splitting the drive arrays between the two cluster heads, and in case one goes down, the other takes over all drives.
Thanks for the info.
Understanding that this is evil! Is it possible to disable the zil 7000 family machines? We understand the risks and have no budget for SSDs. |
