A new feature has found its way into OpenSolarisPSARC/2009/155 ChrootDirectory option for SunSSH server. Chrooting is one of the features of OpenSSH, that didn´t found its way into SunSSH for some time but that has changed now. It will be part of OpenSolaris build 112. Afaik it´s in OpenSSH since the beginning of last year ... just one year late ... not six

OpenSSH?! komisch, bei mir spuckt ssh -V "Sun_SSH" aus... (ja, ich weiß, es ist OpenSSH, nur arg modifiziert, PKCS#11 usw.)

aber zurück zur OpenSSH, da fällt mir doch glatt Theo ein, der sich letztens mal wieder beschwert hat, dass so ziemlich jedes große Unternehmen inzwischen OpenSSH einsetzt, aber weder Patches noch finanzielle Mittel als Dankeschön zurückkommen...

Was nicht schwer ist bei Open Source.

Geld wäre IMHO wichtiger. Gerade jetzt.

Ja .... mag sein ... aber Theo hat sich ja auch darueber beschwert, das keine Patches zurueck fliessen ....
