Was ist eigentlich aus dem so extrem gehypten XVM geworden? Gibt es das mal als Produkt, also noch dann, solange Xen überhaupt interessant ist? Ist eine Integration von Xen in Solaris 10 geplant? Die Sun-Consultants die bei "meiner" Bank rumlaufen erzählen nichts konkretes/richtiges.

komisch das du das schreibst, ich habe mich gestern auch mal wieder auf die suche nach sun's xVM gemacht und leider auch nix weiter herausfinden können..

in irgendeinem xVM wiki bei sun steht, dass man sich an den sun sales rep. seines vertrauens wenden soll, um die packete zu kriegen; naja mal gucken ob ich den heute erreiche...

ansonsten ist in den ganzen blueprints und präsentationen immer von SXCE die rede, wo das ganze Xen zeug schon drin ist; aber wer will schon SXCE oder OpenSolaris 200x.yz beim Kunden installieren?!
