Even if I do not like George W. Bush at all: Is it possible that Bush welcomed all this persons before? As far as I know the G20 conference was held in Washington D.C. So it seems not so implausible that the host has welcomed all his guests long before this episode was filmed.
This CNN comment seems a little bit too tendentious. Beating the lame duck does not need much bravery.
