I had my trip back to Hamburg from Toulouse today. Was a nice flight. Well, except the contact with the ground crew in Toulouse. I had the impertinence to try to board while the boarding of rows 12 to 25 took place. The look from the lady was able to kill mere mortals. She didn´t allowed me to board the plane. Okay ... waiting 30 seconds. She announced the immediate boarding of all rows. Now i was allowed to enter the aircraft. Dammed! French people are really pedantic for a nation with a revolution in its history ...

Hehe! Reminds me on a VFR flight around the Zugspitze I did last year. For a safe altitude I needed to climb to FL115. Normally Airspace C but in the Alps C starts at FL130. I was 1/2 Nautical Mile from the point where C was raised, when I informed FIS that I will climb from FL75 to FL115. FIS responded with "D-ZH. Negative. Stay below FL100".
And aprox. 5 sec later: "D-ZH, now you can climb FL115".

Was heißt denn hier 'pedantic'? Mich nervt's jedesmal, wenn nach Reihen eingestiegen werden soll und dann alle hinlaufen. Ich glaub in Italien versuchen sie diese Art des Boardings überhaupt erst nicht

Ich sass direkt vor dem Eingang ... da TLS ueber keinerlei nennenswerte Einrichtungen zum Geldloswerden verfügt, kann man sich auch gleich dort hinsetzen und auf seinen Flieger warten. Und wer haette damit gerechnet, das 30 Sekunden und eine fehlende Reihe fuer eine derlei schroffe Abweisung sorgen. Vielleicht haette ich anmerken sollen, das der letzte Fluggast mit einer Nummer ueber 11 5 Sekunden nach mir, und 25 Sekunden vor der Gesamtfreigabe den Finger betreten hat.
