Hi Interesting,
I'm looking for an article about how to set up openVPN as a client and as a server for solaris? Most of all I'm looking for a test server to try out the different options. secureix.com is down, PPTP or L2TP is not an option. Server certificates I can easily get from cAcert. Cisco has a software client for IPsec VPN connect which runs on sparc solaris. Not on Intel. OpenVPN is really powerful.
Look in the SMF-Tutorial. I´ve used OpenVPN as an example.
Last week I got vpnc connecting to a Cisco VPN. This was on Opensolaris 2008.05 (Intel)
You just need the TUN device driver http://www.whiteboard.ne.jp/~admin2/tuntap/ |
