Over a year ago, we have announced the Sun Modular Datacenter 20. Some people asked about our mental status because of this announcement. But it doesn´t seem so dumb at all, as HP has announced a datacenter container on it´s own: HP Performance-Optimized Datacenter

Und da soll noch mal jemand sagen, dass HP sowas nicht auch kann.

Im Prinzip ist es ja nun auch kein Kunststück. Mal sehen wann IBM damit um die Ecke kommt.

Wirds von IBM im Rahmen des iDataPlex Programms geben. Max 3 Container übereinander, nur iDataPlex Hardware und Racks, aber ganz schön viel davon und auch geschickt gekühlt.

HP kann ja durchaus mehr als Drucker bauen, obwohl die eigentliche HP heute Agilent heisst

Ich bin echt gespannt auf mehr informationen. Hoffe, die haben nicht nur ihre selbstkuehlenden Racks in einen Container gestellt
