Of course, you want to see an decision while your core patents are still valid when there is a good chance that they will by invaldidated by the PTO due prior art

Very interesting. Especially 11 - 14 where he explains that this is all about competition and that he thinks Sun has a fair chance in upsetting the whole storage market.
