Linux-Bashing mit haltlosem Quatsch wie "XFS coming soon" und ohne ZFS auf der Solaris-Seite. Sorry, aber das geht wirklich überhaupt nicht.
Ich glaube das sich der Autor bei XFS ein wenig bloed ausgedrueckt hat, XFS is noch kein Standardfilesystem bei Linux im Rahmen der allgemeinen Benutzung. Da herrscht ext3 deutlich vor.
Und schuld daran ist IMHO Redhat, die Stephen Tweedie auf der Payroll haben und aus diesem (oder welchem anderen auch immer) Grund kein Filesystem neben ext3 dulden. Das ging zu Zeiten von RHEL3 so weit, daß RHEL das einzige Linux war, bei dem man keine Online-Filesystemvergrößerung machen konnte.
Ich bin nicht in der Welt der gigantischen Storagesysteme zuhause, okay, aber XFS kenne ich seit mindestens 5 Jahren aus der täglichen Arbeit. So exotisch ist das wirklich nicht.
