The Solaris Resource Managment is an powerful tool to partition the resources of a single instance of an operating system. By using Solaris Resource Managment you can use a single operating system for a multitude of services but still ensuring the availability of resources to them. I hope, this tutorial gave you an good insights into the basics of resource managment.
