NetApp sued Sun about ZFS. In the next automatic del.icio.us post you will find some links, but only for documentary purposes. I have a opinion about this, but i won´t write about it ...

I´m an employee of one of the both parties. So everything i say could be used against Sun, even when it´s only a unclear wording . In such situations you leave communication to lawyers, albeit they are a scourge, they are useful when you have to do with the law twist ... eh ...interpreting profession
