Es ist ja faszinierend, wie schnell Meme in der Blogosphere transportiert und weitergegeben werden: In der Nacht von Freitag auf Sonntag postet ix den ersten Bericht über TI-D und Moni. Samstag morgens werden wie ersten Berichte in die weiteren Weblogs gepostet. Danach uebernehmen die Geschichte dann Spreeblick, c0t0d0s0.org und lumma.de. Die Geschichte nimmt ihren Lauf. Die ersten Berichte das TI auf Technorati auf Platz 1 ist, finden sich Samstag abends. Sonntags mittags gibt es die erstens Berichte in ausländischen Weblogs.
In ein bis anderhalb Tagen wird ein Meme in Kleinbloggersdorf(Deutschland) und Grossbloggershausen(englische Blogosphäre) transportiert. Diese Geschwindigkeit ist fast schon furchterregend. Wie schnell wäre die Blogosphäre, wenn es um etwas wirklich Weltbewegendes geht und nicht nur um ein PR-Desaster einer NGO?

Joerg, we were even quicker than that. My first post in Estonian appeared at 2:17:41 a.m. local time (1:17:41 a.m. in Germany) on Sunday. My English version was released an hour later (baring in mind that we switched over to the summer time). Scottage linked to me six hours later. So the story was on two continents well before Sunday noon. Some time on Sunday afternoon (there is no time stamp) I was linked by a blogger in Malaysia. So this was really a global issue by afternoon.

I can just imagine what is going to happen in the IT-D offices very soon as they discover what happened during the weekend.
