The market capitalisation of VMware is based on revenue growth fantasies with huge double digit numbers. Yesterday, they forecasted a “bad” 2008: 50% revenue growth instead of 88% this year. The consequence: VMware got killed after the bell. VMW falls 26 percent in after hour sales.
